Eating with your eyes


Salad for lunch for my daughters.

Hamburger with vegetables for dinner.

Meatballs and vegetables

Brussel sprouts, carrots, and onions.


Cabbage and carrots.

Cabbage and carrots.

Fish with cabbage and carrots.

Brussel sprouts, carrots, and rice.





Tomato sauce and spaghetti is prepared on the side. I generally make enough to freeze. Sometimes, my daughters like to take meatballs in their thermos, and take along a roll. They both make themselves a meatball sub. I pack Parmesan cheese separately.
