Here I have prepared brussel sprouts with onions, carrots served with a sprinkle of prepared white rice. The brussel sprouts are separated by leafs, onions and carrots are diced, Onions and carrots are sauteed in a skillet using olive oil brussel sprouts are added, and lastly rice is added. To complete this meal you may prepare grill chicken or grill fish. This prepared meal is very lite, because in this skillet you see very little rice, just a cup full.
