Back To Our Basic Excercise

I enjoy walking in the park with my daughters we sometimes stop and  watch the geese or simply follow along the stream but taking pictures is among one of my favorite thing I like to do in the park. The beauty of nature makes me linger and gaze a while longer in the park, and I am captivated by the park.

Here in Pennypack Park, we have a number of wild life. Birds of various species chirping and whistling in the branches of  trees. The constant bustle in the park of  runners, walkers, cyclist and the avid nature lovers. On my trails, I have a camera and binoculars, I am constantly reminded by my daughters to stop taking pictures...("Mom, will you come on? You are not a photographer!").

I will share my adventures of what I like to do as I walk in the park. There are several parks around the city where you will find the same wild life. See how I have fun in as I walk the trails with my favorite girls.

Eyes and Cheek Smile

Her eyes smile
Her cheeks make you gaze
Her face makes you notice her
Her humor captures you
Her laughter captivates you
Her palliative kindness devours you
Her eyes see you
She illuminates you
To see Art through her eyes is reflective

Dearest Mother

Dear Mother,

You held my hand as a child

We hopped and skipped across rocks at the pond
You taught me names of trees.
Oh Mother I remember so well, Grandpa was a Park Ranger
He too held your hand as a child.
As a child I never left your side

My dearest Mother as I lay with you

Gently clasping your frail hands in mine
                    Your hands touching my face
Smiling and gazing in your eyes knowing you are with me
To see you go from strong to weak
                    Mother this is your journey
Holding your hands as it fits tightly in mine

Well Groomed, Classy, Yet Fresh, THE PANTILINERS

THE PANTILINER

Define a well groomed women?
In my opinion a well groomed woman who is confident about her hygiene always wear pantiliner.

Why do you think  pantilners are important?
In my opinion pantiliners main purpose is to protect the crotch of your underwear.

When do you think most people wear pantiliners
I suppose most women and young girls who are exposed to pantiliners would choose to wear after heavy days of menstrual cycle.

Do you think most of the pantiliners are solely used for the purpose of light days?
Yes, most people think of them for such a purpose only.

Aside from pantiliners, are there other pads that you purchase and which do you prefer?
For myself, I purchase pads with wings, any brand on sale, and a variety. For example: heavy, super, regular maxi, ultra thin, overnight and extra long. My brands are Always and Stayfree.

Why do you purchase so many?
They all serve different purposes and they all work in the order of how the menstrual cycle behave.

When did you start seeing the need for pantiliners?
After having to hand wash my underwear several times.

Again, why do you stress the importance of pantiliners?
The idiom is "it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks".

The backstory for this piece serves to brings about changes. Elderly woman choose to use tissue paper for bladder leak. This is very common among the elderly population. There are some who respond to changes and others who choose to ignore the advice until they are faced with advanced incontinence and the bulge. Early intervention seldom goes away. So a pantiliner would eventually grow into a woman who prefers good hygiene.
